Great insights! I believe the Scenius model is very correct. Nobody can do their genius full justice if they’re fighting the system or simply struggling to survive (situations too many workplaces engender). I also recently had my eyes opened to Maslow’s Hierarchy probably being a load of bunk, being entirely based on analyses within western culture’s abandonment of community-based living and commutarian values. In a thriving, deeply interconnected community, almost everybody is self-actualized as a baseline. Wouldn’t that be lovely?

Love Scenius! Roger Barker did a lot of work developing the “e” in Lewin’s equation, developing our understanding “behavioural settings”. Sadly the ‘p’ has dominated much of psychological inquiry and pop culture.
